A legal disclaimer

• No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, unless due to medical emergencies (proof required).

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling.

• If a participant cancels their registration within 24 hours of payment, they may be eligible for a full refund, minus transaction fees.

• Refunds for long-term programs (monthly or yearly) will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with a prorated refund minus administrative charges.

• If the organizer cancels a class or session, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
